Flurry of Thoughts Diddy
I’ve had a lot on my mind lately. I took some time to relax last night and tried to get a bit of the thoughts out onto the keyboard. This diddy came out of it. “Diddys” are little riffs I create in one take and flow stream of conscious onto the keys, mistakes and all. Enjoy!
Morning Diddy
I just setup my piano at home. With the 70 degree weather and a new president, I felt like creating a quick little morning diddy. “Diddys” are little riffs I create in one take and flow stream of conscious onto the keys, mistakes and all. Enjoy!
Clearing cobwebs

I have a keyboard in my office that serves as a nice way to step back from work and to clear the cobwebs a bit. I can’t read music very well, I just play whatever comes out in real time. I call them diddys. No real metronome, kind of sloppy at times, but just an expression of how I’m feeling at any moment.
I haven’t touched the keys in awhile. Feels good to let some of that out.
A Series of Tubes, The Song
Kristin has been gone the last few days and I’m finding myself pretty bored. I decided to crack open Garage Band, Apple’s music composition app, since I haven’t used it in awhile. Here’s a quick and pointless techno song I made, inspired by Senator Ted Steven’s comment on the internet being a “series of tubes.”
You can listen to the song here
After creating this, I looked on You Tube for “A Series of Tubes” remix. Looks like there are plenty of bored people out there doing the same thing.
